Bryan David Jones November 27, 1985- March 8, 2014 Bryan David Jones, 28, of Bryan, Texas, went to be with his Lord on Saturday, March 8, 2014. The family will receive friends from 5-7 PM on Wednesday, March 12th at Hillier Funeral Home. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 2 PM on Thursday, March 13th at Hillier Funeral Home, 2301 East 29th St., Bryan, TX with Gary Roe officiating. Interment will follow at the Aggie Field of Honor. Bryan was born on November 27, 1985 to David and Karen (Truitt) Jones in Lubbock, Texas. He graduated from Coronado High School in Lubbock, TX in 2004 and then from Texas A&M University in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science in Technology Management. Because of his love for College Station, Bryan stayed at Texas A&M as a Sr. Systems Administrator for the College of Physics and Astronomy, from which he was awarded the President’s Meritorious Service Award for 2012-13. Bryan brightened every room he entered. He was a loved member of the community, always willing to help anyone in need. He loved spending time with friends and family, playing soccer and kickball, hunting, fishing, riding his Harley and above all his dog and best friend, Ruger. He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Warren and Mary Jo Jones, and Eddie Truitt. Bryan leaves behind his parents, David and Karen; two sisters, Jennifer and Stephanie; grandmother Marjorie Truitt; aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.
